My journey began not in a clinic, but on the mat — as a national-level Taekwondo athlete. Years of intense training and repeated injuries made me realize that healing isn’t just about recovery — it’s about regaining strength, confidence, and identity. That experience sparked a deeper mission: to help others heal smarter and come back stronger, both physically and mentally.
To turn that mission into action, I completed my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from GNDU and went on to pursue a Master’s in Exercise & Sports Physiology. My training was enriched with certifications like ASCA Level 1, Rugby Level 1, BLS, and On-Field Emergency First Aid. These helped me combine academic knowledge with real-world application, giving me a clear edge in athlete rehab and performance therapy.
My career took shape across elite setups — from Granimals Absolute Fitness, where I worked with top clients, to AthleatsWorld, where I designed remote programs for competitive athletes. At Elevate Now, I deepened my work in strength, mobility, and mental recovery, while at NSNIS Patiala (Sports Authority of India), I contributed to the training of Olympic-level athletes. These experiences taught me to blend science, empathy, and precision into every plan.
I founded Physio For Life to bring that experience to the people who need it most — athletes, professionals, students, and anyone seeking real, movement-based recovery. Whether it’s post-surgery rehab, injury prevention, or performance optimization, we offer care that’s personal, science-driven, and accessible — both in-clinic and online via TeleRehab.
Led by a national athlete turned sports rehab expert, our team blends experience, empathy, and evidence-based care to help you move stronger, heal faster, and stay injury-free — one personalized session at a time.
